I am always nervous when it comes jabs, so it was nothing to do with the nurses only getting the jab.

Spoken to me while the jab was happening to make me feel distracted and less nervous.

My husband had several falls hence the need to contact NHS for support. [name removed] arrived from Urgent Care & Reablement Therapy & was like a breath of fresh air. She not only supplied equipment to help but was also so positive it gave us both hope that we would be able to cope with our new circumstances.I can't stress enough how important her attitude was in reassuring us & as my husband said "Gave us back our positivity".A very good service & an outstanding employee.

There is nothing that could have improved things. It was all good.
